We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as a Patient Flow Operations Leader. This is a key role that requires strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills to ensure the efficient and safe delivery of patient care services within our facility.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising nursing staff, coordinating hospital and bed utilization activities, and ensuring staffing levels are adequate to meet patient census. They will work collaboratively with patients, families, management, staff, physicians, and community partners to apply strategic and analytical thinking to address challenges and improve patient outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing administration, with a minimum of three years of medical/surgical experience and two years of nursing management experience. They will possess excellent leadership, planning, and time management skills, as well as the ability to promote and maintain good interpersonal relations with patients, visitors, and other healthcare professionals.
