A Day in the Life:

  • Project Coordination: Develop and manage project plans and schedules to ensure timely completion.
  • Project Meetings: Lead and participate in regular project meetings to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Technical Documentation: Collaborate in the planning and implementation of architectural technical documents, including drawing packages and interdisciplinary coordination.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor the timeliness and quality of architectural technical document submissions to clients and stakeholders.
  • Project Reporting: Contribute to the preparation of project reports and status updates as required.

Your Experience:

  • Professional Background: Minimum of 7 years of experience as a licensed Architect.
  • Project Experience: Proven experience working on large to medium-scale projects.
  • Licensure: Must be a licensed Architect in New Brunswick or immediately eligible for licensure.
  • Software Proficiency:

  • Revit Experience: Highly desirable.
  • Microsoft 365 Suite: Proficient in the use of the Microsoft 365 suite.
  • Adobe Creative Suite: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, is an asset.
