Your Role

As a Project Manager at Colliers, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of programs, balancing technical, commercial, and financial success. Responsibilities

  • Champion and personify our values and culture

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, representing owners to multiple stakeholders in the delivery of projects of varying size and scope
  • Experience in public sector projects is favorable
  • A bachelor's degree, or higher degree, or technical diploma in engineering, architecture, planning, project management, or construction management (or an equivalent combination of academic and practical experience)
  • Effective leadership and organizational skills with the ability to effectively influence others and successfully resolve a variety of client, project, and technical issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Strong computer skills, including a working knowledge of scheduling (MS Project), word processing (Word), and spreadsheet (Excel) software applications
