We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at A&W. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to high standards, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook food to order, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Manage inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Recruit and hire staff, ensuring a skilled and motivated team.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preferably in a fast food outlet or concession.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
