Position Purpose:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at the Law Office of Shaun Setareh Inc. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Job Activities:
  • Providing administrative support to staff members
  • Managing office supplies and equipment
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and schedules
  • Preparing and editing documents and reports
  • Maintaining accurate records and files
Education:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.

Experience (EMEAA):

A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role is required. Experience in a law office or similar environment is preferred.

Certifications and/or Licenses:

A valid driver's license is required. A certification in administrative assistance or a related field is preferred.
