Position Overview

As a Warehouse Operations Leader at Rose Building Maintenance Ltd., you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily activities within our warehouse environment. Your leadership will ensure that operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in a supervisory role within a warehouse setting
Work Environment

You will be working in a fast-paced warehouse where attention to detail is paramount. The role involves handling heavy loads, requiring physical stamina and strength.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with various departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on warehouse activities
  • Oversee the functionality of computer systems and machinery
  • Organize maintenance and repair tasks as needed
  • Resolve operational challenges, providing technical guidance and recommendations to enhance productivity and quality
  • Assign, review, and coordinate work among team members
  • Manage requisitions for materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Establish effective work schedules and procedures
  • Plan and oversee the logistical operations of the warehouse
Supervisory Responsibilities

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 individuals, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to handle weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Capable of working in a physically demanding environment
