Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring seamless execution of our logistics and inventory management processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing warehouse team, fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement and maintain efficient inventory management systems, minimizing stock discrepancies and optimizing storage capacity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve overall warehouse performance.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, leveraging data-driven insights to drive business growth and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in managing high-performing teams and driving process improvements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
