Logistics Operations Supervisor

Salary Range: $100,000 to $120,000 annually


Location: Edmonton Branch

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse functions, including freight handling, returns processing, receiving shipments, parcel management, and inventory transfers.
  • Guide and mentor the warehouse team to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all operational tasks.


Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Proven management experience is required.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with warehouse equipment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of performance metrics is a plus.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
