About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Coordinator to join our team at Apollo Family Dental.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interview Patients: Conduct thorough interviews with patients to obtain accurate case histories.
  • Schedule Appointments: Coordinate and confirm patient appointments in a timely manner.
  • Manage Insurance Claims: Process and complete insurance claim forms with precision.
  • Maintain Filing Systems: Ensure accurate and up-to-date filing systems for patient records.
  • Order Supplies: Procure necessary supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Establish Office Procedures: Develop and implement efficient office procedures and routines.
  • Prepare Medical Reports: Format and enter medical reports and correspondence into electronic systems.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of patient records and information.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a medical office setting.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
