About the Role

As a Sales Floor Associate, you'll create an exceptional experience for our customers, donors, and fellow team members. You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, celebrating individuality and promoting a culture of reuse.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
  • Process donations, maintaining a high level of quality and presentation in our stores.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, showcasing our unique products.
