Working in close collaboration with Adoption & Change Management Consultants and the project team, the Training Specialist is dedicated to achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional end-user training.

As a Training Specialist at Softchoice, you will be responsible for delivering dynamic instructor-led training, leveraging outstanding communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for teaching to engage directly with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify customer training needs and facilitate engaging instructor-led training sessions, either on-site or virtually.
  • Assess the customer environment and product functionalities to outline effective delivery strategies and learning objectives.
  • Create a comprehensive training plan, manage logistics, and tailor training materials to meet specific needs.
  • Conduct customized training programs at client locations.
  • Assist in the development and upkeep of customer-facing documentation and training resources.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of training sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in crafting and implementing training plans within a technology-focused environment.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality instructor-led training, with a solid understanding of adult learning methodologies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, attention to detail, and multitasking capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and/or Cisco UC technologies.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
