About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at GJLC2 FOOD SERVICES INC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a Cash Register with accuracy and efficiency, processing customer transactions and handling cash, credit, and debit payments.
  • Process Customer Transactions with a smile, ensuring that every customer leaves the store satisfied with their purchase.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Store Environment, adhering to company standards and ensuring that the store is always tidy and well-stocked.
  • Participate in Promotional Activities, promoting products and services to customers and driving sales growth.
  • Work Collaboratively with Colleagues, supporting the sales team and contributing to a positive and productive store environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience in Retail Sales or Customer Service is an asset.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Physical Demands of the Job, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds.
