About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practicum Coordinator to join our team at CB Canada. As a Practicum Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the success of our graduate students in their practicum placements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support practicum students by monitoring their progress, providing guidance and support as needed, and coordinating student reviews with faculty supervisors and other stakeholders.
  • Liaise with practicum sites to ensure a smooth and successful placement experience for students.
  • Support the department by maintaining related documents, identifying areas for process improvement, and assisting in the development of new forms and efficiencies.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with students, faculty, and practicum site supervisors.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management.
