About the Role

We're looking for a recent Master's graduate with a passion for making a meaningful impact. As a Practicum Coordinator, you'll work closely with graduate students, providing placement support and acting as a liaison between students, faculty, and practicum sites. Your expertise will help shape the future of education, and we're excited to have you on board.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support practicum students through monitoring progress, providing guidance, and hosting live and Zoom office hours.
  • Liaise with practicum sites, working closely with faculty and site supervisors to ensure seamless placements.
  • Support the department by maintaining related documents, identifying process gaps, and contributing to the development of new forms and efficiencies.
What We're Looking For
  • A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships and navigate complex situations.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and data management.
