About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at QProVibe Inc. as an Administrative Assistant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to ensure their smooth execution.
  • HR Support: Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Communication: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date.
  • Staff Management: Direct staff, evaluate daily operations, and motivate team members to achieve their best performance.
  • Administrative Tasks: Open and distribute mail and other materials, record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and determine and establish office procedures and routines.
  • Data Analysis: Oversee the analysis of employee data and information, compile data, statistics, and other information, and respond to employee questions and complaints.
  • Collective Bargaining: Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers, organize staff consultation and grievance procedures, and oversee payroll administration.
  • Marketing Support: Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
  • Occupational Health and Safety: Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury.
  • Project Management: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure their successful completion.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
