Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, screen calls, and book appointments in a timely and efficient manner.
- Take detailed messages and provide knowledgeable non-medical information to clients.
- Perform administrative tasks, including mail sorting, drafting memos, and completing reports.
- Assist with various office tasks, such as data entry and filing.
