Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Server to join our team at Amritsari Tadka Restaurant and Bar. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Ensure that all orders are accurate and meet our high standards of quality.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that all guests feel welcome and valued, making recommendations and offering suggestions to enhance their dining experience.
  • Table Management
    • Manage tables effectively, ensuring that all guests are served promptly and efficiently.
    • Anticipate and meet the needs of guests, ensuring that their experience is seamless and enjoyable.
  • Teamwork
    • Work collaboratively with other servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure that all guests receive exceptional service.
    • Communicate effectively with the kitchen and other staff members to ensure that orders are accurate and delivered promptly.
  • Adaptability
    • Be flexible and adaptable, responding to changing circumstances and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Be willing to learn and take on new responsibilities, contributing to the success of our team.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • Will train.
  • Skills
    • Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
    • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 32 hours per week. The work language is English.
