Key Responsibilities
  • Provide safe and effective care to patients with complex medical needs
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient needs
  • Administer medications and perform various medical procedures
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements
  • Current registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Recent acute care medical experience
  • Advanced RPN skills, including aseptic technique and medication administration
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
