About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive the growth of our Enrollment Team. As an Enrollment Team Manager, you'll be responsible for guiding a team of 3-5 Enrollment Specialists to achieve 100% of their sales targets and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example, inspiring and motivating your team to achieve sales excellence and deliver outstanding results.
  • Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives to drive the volume of scheduled calls and conversion rates.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the enrollment process, driving efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Cultivate a culture of innovation and excellence, empowering team members to contribute their best.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their journey with us is exceptional.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance the client experience.
  • Embrace remote work, leveraging technology to enhance team connectivity and collaboration.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in leadership and sales roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Extensive experience working in a remote environment and managing remote teams is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with the consulting industry and recruitment processes is a plus.

You'll be responsible for driving the team's sales and client satisfaction performance and ensuring our clients receive the support they need to succeed in their consulting careers.
