About The Role
Are you prepared to lead the transformation of our Enrollment Team? As an Enrollment Team Manager, you will assume a pivotal role in advancing our mission. Your enthusiasm for mentorship and leadership will be crucial in steering our team towards unprecedented success. From nurturing client relationships to promoting team synergy, you will be instrumental in driving our growth and influence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example, motivating and inspiring your team of 3 to 5 Enrollment Specialists to meet and exceed their sales objectives while delivering outstanding results.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives aimed at increasing the volume of scheduled calls and enhancing conversion rates.
- Champion ongoing strategic improvement efforts to boost the efficiency of the enrollment process.
- Foster a culture of innovation and excellence, ensuring every team member feels valued and empowered to contribute their best work.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their experience with us is exceptional.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, product, finance, and leadership) to optimize operations and improve the client experience.
- Adapt to the challenges of remote work by utilizing technology and communication tools to enhance team connectivity and collaboration.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in both leadership and sales roles. Experience in B2C coaching services is a significant advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and team members.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Extensive experience in remote work environments and managing remote teams is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of the consulting industry and familiarity with recruitment processes at consulting firms is a definite plus.
