The Vice-President of Marketing and Sales will oversee the strategic direction and execution of marketing initiatives and sales operations within the electronic commerce sector. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in brand management and a deep understanding of market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to support the implementation of organizational strategies.
- Authorize the formation of key departments and oversee the recruitment of senior management personnel.
- Set clear objectives for the organization and develop or endorse policies and programs to achieve them.
- Act as the primary representative of the organization in negotiations and official engagements.
- Select and empower middle management and executive staff, ensuring optimal working conditions.
Qualifications:

Technical Skills:
