Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, social workers, and other community contacts
  • Conduct tours and presentations for prospective residents and families
  • Organize targeted special events and promotions to drive engagement and conversion
  • Stay up-to-date on competitor analysis and market trends
