Senior Insurance Advisor Opportunity

We're seeking a seasoned insurance professional to join our team at Westland Insurance Ltd. As a Senior Insurance Advisor, you will play a key role in promoting and educating clients on insurance products, taking ownership of client relationships, and helping us grow our presence in the local community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with clients to identify complex business challenges and provide recommendations based on your knowledge of underwriting principles
  • Coach and mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise and knowledge to help them grow in their careers
Requirements:
  • Laser-focused, with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent client relationship-building skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and maintain confidentiality
  • At least two to three years of industry experience, with a Level 1 General Insurance License
  • Bonus: Insurance broker level 2 license and working towards CAIB/CIP (financial support provided)
