Senior Insurance Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Insurance Advisor to join our team at Westland Insurance Group. As a Senior Insurance Advisor, you will play a key role in promoting and educating clients on insurance products, taking ownership of client relationships, and helping us grow our presence and profile in the local community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow our presence in the local market
  • Manage complex insurance cases and provide guidance to junior team members
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the insurance industry
  • Insurance broker level 2 license and working towards CAIB/CIP
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
