Senior Insurance Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Insurance Advisor to join our team at Westland Insurance. As a Senior Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for promoting and educating clients on insurance products, taking ownership of client relationships, and helping us grow our presence and profile in the local community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to ensure clients receive the best possible advice.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the insurance industry.
  • Insurance broker level 2 license and working towards CAIB/CIP.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
