Job Summary

This is a challenging role that requires a strong project management background and excellent leadership skills. As a Regional Project Manager at Brock Group, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects across the region, ensuring they are delivered safely, consistently, and effectively. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop and implement project execution plans to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project execution plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver projects successfully.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve project efficiency, quality, and profitability.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve project delivery and business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, engineering, or project management.
  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Working Conditions

This role requires frequent travel to project sites, with occasional work in an office environment. The successful candidate will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and work in a variety of weather conditions.
