Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at TRUE WAY INSTALLATIONS INC. as a User Support Technician.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, networks, and internet connectivity.
  • Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Install and configure computer equipment, software, and network systems for employees.
  • Perform regular backups and recoveries of web servers to ensure business continuity.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support to internal customers.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure and perform repetitive tasks accurately.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues.
  • English language proficiency.
