**Développement stratégique**

La Direction services partagés de Groupe BMR est à la recherche d'une personne clé pour se joindre à son équipe des finances. Sous l'autorité du Contrôleur transport, le rôle principal du/de l'analyste financier consiste à analyser les besoins d'affaires de la Direction Finance et d'en modéliser les processus afin qu'en découle une solution technologique, informatique ou autres, permettant de répondre aux besoins de l'organisation.

**Responsabilités**

  • Préparer les budgets et les prévisions pour la division sous sa responsabilité en travaillant étroitement avec les différents gestionnaires;
  • Produire les rapports de gestion de ses divisions;
  • Analyser les résultats et préparer les commentaires périodiques sur les écarts en lien avec le budget et les résultats de l'année précédente;
  • Proposer des plans d'action pour améliorer l'efficacité et la performance des secteurs;
  • Préparer les analyses des projets d'investissement et formuler des recommandations;
  • Conçoit des modèles et des scénarios financiers afin d'appuyer les décisions d'affaires;
  • Développer et implante des indicateurs de performance en lien avec les objectifs stratégiques des divisions et en fait le suivi.

**Compétences requises**

  • Baccalauréat en comptabilité ou autre domaine pertinent;
  • Titre de CPA, un atout;
  • 3 ans d'expérience minimum dans un poste similaire (toute autre combinaison de scolarité et d'expérience pourrait être considérée);
  • Habileté à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément;
  • Connaissance de la suite Office 365;
  • Maîtrise du Logiciel Excel - niveau avancé;
  • Connaissance de SAP, un atout;
  • Bilinguisme, français et anglais (parlé et écrit) – niveau intermédiaire en raison de la nature du rôle nécessitant des interactions avec des fournisseurs unilingues francophone ou anglophone
