Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Procure, handle, process, dispatch, and test specimens in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Perform various laboratory functions, including procedures and reporting results.
  • Work independently within a team environment, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Provide exceptional client service and public relations, ensuring a positive experience for patients and clients.
  • Meet operational requirements, including hours and location of work, with flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements:
  • Completion of an accredited Medical Laboratory Assistant program or equivalent.
  • Recent phlebotomy and ECG experience within the last 2 years.
  • Ability to lift to 10lbs on a frequent basis.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a mobile collection's environment.
  • Working knowledge of Connect Care and MCIS.
  • Leadership, customer service, or change management courses.
