- Financial Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain a well-organized and productive work environment.
- Record Keeping: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure smooth operations.
- Recruitment: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring timely and efficient use of staff time.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
