About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate to join our Wealth Management team at National Bank. As an Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our investment advisors in delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, both in-person and over the phone
  • Ensure effective communication between clients, advisors, and internal stakeholders
  • Analyze client accounts to identify opportunities for growth and development
  • Coordinate advisors' schedules and prepare for client meetings
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and risk management policies

  • College diploma in a related field
  • At least one year of relevant experience in a related field, such as banking operations, customer service, or administration
