Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the checkout area and surrounding merchandise.
  • Support the sales process, including processing transactions, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues.
  • Replenish merchandise around the checkout area and ensure that the area is well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Ensure health and safety policies and guidelines are followed, including proper use of equipment and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Ensure Loss prevention best practices are followed, including monitoring and reporting any suspicious activity.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies when selling Tobacco and Lottery products.

  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
