About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our HP product specialist sales team as a Retail Sales Brand Ambassador. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales and brand awareness of HP products in a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales and brand awareness of HP products through engaging customers and providing compelling demonstrations of HP features and benefits.
  • Actively engage customers with passion and enthusiasm for the HP brand, generating in-store buzz and building strong professional relationships with store associates.
  • Direct customers to displays, assess their needs, and suggest products that fit those needs, ensuring that HP in-store displays are clean, functional, and demo-ready.
  • Gather competitive intelligence and report on specific tactics, including price moves, new products, and merchandising materials.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all HP products and submit daily sales recap reports in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
  • Strong interest and enthusiasm in technology, with a focus on computers and printers.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment with excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Capable self-starter with a strong work ethic and commitment to work scheduled days and hours.
  • Prior retail, sales, and marketing experience is a plus.
