Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at RONA. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Greet Customers Warmly: Provide a warm and welcoming experience to every customer who enters our store.
- Assess Customer Needs: Understand customer needs and provide well-informed and specialized advice about products.
- Present Merchandise: Present merchandise in a way that showcases its features and benefits, and recommend complementary items to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
- Contribute to Merchandising: Contribute to the merchandising of products in your department, including displays, visual presentation, labeling, and signage.
- Stay Informed: Stay informed of new products and their technical applications to provide expert advice to customers.
- Contribute to Sales Targets: Contribute to the achievement of sales targets by staying informed of promotions and flyers, and working in accordance with the store's policies and procedures on loss prevention and health and safety.
- Experience in Sales: Experience in a similar sales role, preferably in a retail environment.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide a high level of service to every customer.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess customer needs and provide well-informed advice.
