Job Title: Director of Software Development

Workleap Platform Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Software Development to lead our software development team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the technical strategy and direction of our software development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the technical strategy and roadmap for our software development team.
  • Lead a team of software development managers and engineers to deliver high-quality software products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Drive innovation and excellence in software development practices and processes.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and contractors as needed.
  • Develop and grow high-performance teams, acting as a role model by embodying Workleap's values.
Requirements:
  • Strong software development and systems design skills to deliver SaaS software products.
  • Experience leading a team of software development managers and an organization of at least 25 developers.
  • Proficiency in data analysis to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong cross-collaboration experience with executives across departments.
  • Extensive experience with building and driving the successful execution of roadmaps.
  • Track record demonstrating a positive impact on team building and talent development.
  • SaaS industry experience, ideally from 2 different software companies.
