About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at ANDREW HARRIS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse and ensuring that our inventory is accurately managed and efficiently stored.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular reports to management on warehouse operations, inventory levels, and supply chain performance.
  • Inventory Management
    • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
  • Supply Chain Coordination
    • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to negotiate better prices and terms.
  • Team Management
    • Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching and development opportunities.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure that all warehouse staff are aware of and comply with health and safety procedures and protocols.
    • Conduct regular safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of warehouse operations.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain role
