Key Responsibilities- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare production and other reports to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
- Process Improvement: Recommend measures to enhance work methods and increase productivity.
- Technical Guidance: Provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve product quality.
- Supervision and Coordination: Supervise workers and projects, co-ordinate and schedule activities, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Personnel Management: Recommend personnel actions and co-ordinate repairs and rentals.
- Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
