Job Title: Food Service Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area, kitchen, and storage areas
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
  • Operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer complaints in a professional manner
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a food service environment an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and stand for extended periods
