Job Summary:

In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to guests at Whitewater Ski Resort's retail shop. You will assist guests with their retail purchases, provide product knowledge, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Merchandising, pricing, and selling products
  • Cash handling and processing transactions
  • Opening and closing duties, including cash handling and store maintenance
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Knowledge and passion for the resort and its products
  • Implementation of risk management procedures
  • Communication with other staff members
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as required

Requirements:

  • Previous retail experience an asset
  • Computer and cash handling experience

Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Previous merchandising experience an asset
