Job Title: Retail Sales Clerk

BC LTD is seeking a skilled Retail Sales Clerk to join our team. As a Retail Sales Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, discuss merchandise, and provide advice on products and services.
  • Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets, maintain accurate sales records, and perform data entry tasks.
  • Training: Train staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory levels, monitor stock, and report any discrepancies.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail sales experience.
  • Work Setting: Department store, on-site customer service, retail business, and furniture store.
  • Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, ability to distinguish between colours, standing for extended periods, and combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Language:

English.

Work Hours:

32 to 40 hours per week.
