Manager, Creative Copy

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Creative Copy to join our team. As a key member of our internal creative agency, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of all marketing content, ensuring it is compelling, engaging, and consistent with our brand personality and identity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of copywriters, editors, and content strategists to deliver high-quality marketing content.
  • Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our marketing goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the creative copy process, ensuring thoughtful, considered work that delivers against wider business OKRs.
  • Collaborate with cross-discipline leads to develop and recommend advertising initiatives to meet our marketing strategies and objectives.
  • Contribute innovative ideas that challenge the status quo and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in English, communications, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in copywriting, with a focus on marketing.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, best practices, and trends.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
