We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 0691877 B.C. LTD. as a key member of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Supervise and Coordinate Food Service StaffOversee and direct the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service and quality food preparation.
Train and Develop StaffProvide comprehensive training to food service staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they are equipped to deliver outstanding results.
Manage Inventory and RecordsMaintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring efficient inventory management and minimizing losses.
Ensure Quality Control and Customer SatisfactionMonitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction, addressing any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
ExperienceAt least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role.
