Cafeteria Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cafeteria Supervisor to join our team at Sweet Thea Bakery Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality service and food safety standards
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a positive and productive work environment
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth
- Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement
- Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys, ensuring timely and efficient service
- Establish work schedules and delegate tasks effectively, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- Hospitality administration/management, general, or related field
- Food Safety Certificate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
- Standing for extended periods and ability to lift up to 25 kg
