Order Fulfillment Coordinator

At Smartrend Manufacturing Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Jr. Order Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
Key Responsibilities:- Entry and fulfillment of orders in our ERP software
- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Manage and update various spreadsheets with proficiency in Excel
- Prepare shipping paperwork and coordinate logistics
- Liaise with multiple departments to ensure orders are complete and accurate
- Manage customs requirements and special projects as assigned
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented and detail-focused
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows applications
- Netsuite knowledge is an asset
