Job Title: Jr. Order Fulfillment Coordinator

At Smartrend Manufacturing Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Jr. Order Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Entry and fulfillment of orders in our ERP software
  • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and issues
  • Manage and update various spreadsheets with proficiency in Excel
  • Prepare shipping paperwork and coordinate logistics
  • Liaise with multiple departments to ensure orders are complete and accurate
  • Manage customs requirements and special projects as assigned
Requirements:
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-oriented and detail-focused
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows applications
  • Netsuite knowledge is an asset
