At Retroteck Window Mfg Ltd., we are seeking a skilled Glass Installation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our installation crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality glass installation for our customers.

Responsibilities:

* Measure, mark, and cut glass to precise specifications
* Position and secure panes in frames with precision and care
* Assemble and install prefabricated glass, mirrors, or glass products with attention to detail
* Repair glass doors and other glass structures with expertise
* Assemble, erect, and dismantle scaffolding, rigging, and hoisting equipment safely and efficiently
* Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications with accuracy

Work Environment:

* Physically demanding role requiring stamina and endurance
* Frequent bending, crouching, and kneeling
* 40 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime
* Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

* No degree, certificate, or diploma required
* Experience an asset, but not necessary
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
