Financial Responsibilities: The role includes managing a budget ranging from $500,001 to $1,500,000.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial statements to enhance and sustain the profitability of the establishment.
- Formulate budgets to assess the costs associated with food, beverages, and necessary supplies.
- Evaluate and improve daily operational processes.
- Monitor revenue streams to manage labor costs effectively.
- Assess staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Organize and plan daily activities within the restaurant.
- Recruit and onboard new employees.
- Establish work schedules for staff members.
- Supervise and mentor team members.
- Conduct training sessions for new hires.
- Manage cash flow and complete financial reports.
- Conduct performance evaluations for staff.
- Maintain and organize inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position involves overseeing a team of more than 20 individuals.
Experience Required: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience is necessary.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, electronic cash registers, MS Excel, and MS Office is required.
Transportation Requirements: A valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are essential.
Work Environment: Candidates should be prepared to work in a fast-paced setting, manage tight deadlines, and perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
