Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead configuration efforts for Workday modules, including HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Canadian Benefits, and more.
  • Support configurations related to Workday Payroll for Canada and Advanced Compensation.
  • Maintain and update system configurations to align with business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and test Workday solutions, ensuring proper security measures.
  • Create and manage system reports and dashboards, addressing leadership's reporting needs.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and troubleshoot issues in Workday.
  • Evaluate and plan future enhancements to business processes within Workday.
  • Keep user documentation up-to-date.

Requirements:

  • Current Workday Pro certifications in relevant areas (nice to have).
  • 3-5 years of Workday HCM implementation or configuration experience.
  • Strong analytical skills for translating business needs into system configurations.
  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement and organizational efficiency.
