This full-time executive position offers a fulfilling career within a mission-driven corporate culture. As a member of our Senior Leadership Team, the Senior Vice President will report directly to the President.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Provide direction, management, and oversight to the construction and development teams.
  • Project Performance: Drive organizational value through the delivery of outstanding project results, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgetary constraints while upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Construction Expertise: Possess extensive knowledge in high-rise and wood frame construction methodologies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Demonstrate the ability to lead and motivate teams towards successful project outcomes, with a strong grasp of various building systems to ensure optimal execution.
  • Team Leadership: Effectively guide teams, including Development Managers, Construction personnel, and administrative staff.
  • Strategic Oversight: Anticipate and understand critical project milestones, monitor costs to maintain financial viability, and infuse enthusiasm into projects to cultivate a collaborative work atmosphere.

We seek to hire a seasoned and results-oriented professional with a robust background in construction, particularly in high-rise and wood frame projects.
