Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring timely and accurate service
- Train staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Estimate and manage food and supply inventory to minimize waste and optimize resources
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other relevant metrics to inform business decisions
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Physical ability to work in a restaurant setting, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 pounds
