Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Saggi Holdings Inc. O/A Tandoori Fuzion. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
- Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent service to our customers.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Manage Budget and Cost Estimates: Prepare budget and cost estimates for food and supplies, ensuring that we are operating within our budget.
- Address Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive excellent service.
- Maintain Records: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that we have a clear understanding of our operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Work Setting: Restaurant.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, team player.
